张恒,墨子实验室助理研究员,主要从事宽禁带与超宽禁带氧化物半导体材料与器件研究等。主要研究方向包括:(1)氧化锌、氧化镓等材料生长;(2)基于氧化物半导体材料的功率器件与光电器件;(3)表面等离激元纳米结构增强光与物质相互作用。在Journal of Colloid and Interface Science等期刊上发表SCI论文9篇,获得授权发明专利4项。
