陈膺昊，墨子实验室助理研究员，主要从事单光子芯片读出电路研究与设计。主要研究方向包括：（1）单光子探测器件和激光雷达辅助电路；（2）高速数据传输集成电路（驱动器、跨阻放大器、均衡器、分接/复接器、时钟数据恢复电路等）；（3）数模混合集成电路（模数/数模转换器等）；（4）数字接口集成电路（IIC、SPI等）。以第一作者在国际期刊发表SCI论文3篇，并合作发表论文和专利10余项。
