李鹏坤,墨子实验室助理研究员,主要从事宽带隙与超宽带隙半导体材料生长与基础性能研究等。主要研究方向包括:(1)Ga2O3晶体、薄膜与纳米材料生长及光电性能研究;(2)GaN单晶厚膜和新颖性纳米结构制备及性能研究;(3)新颖宽带隙半导体材料制备与光电探测性能研究。参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目等。以第一作者及通讯作者在国际期刊发表SCI论文13篇。
